The construction conditions and tasks include: the height and depth of soil filling and excavation, underground cables, various pipelines, slopes and wire heights, the condition and location of tombs, tunnels and various obstacles.
2. Check whether the contacts and insulation of each switch in the electrical circuit are in good condition.
3. Check if the fuel, lubricating oil, and cooling water are sufficient, and add them if they are insufficient. Smoking and approaching open flames are strictly prohibited when adding fuel to avoid causing fires.
4. Check all pipelines, operating valves, working cylinders, oil pumps, etc. of the hydraulic system for leaks and abnormal movements.
5. Check whether the steel wire rope and the clip fixing the steel wire rope are firm and reliable.
6. When excavators work in rocky or frozen soil areas, blasting should be carried out first before excavation.
7. Inspect, maintain, adjust, and tighten the excavator according to daily routine maintenance items.
8. Place the main clutch control lever in the "neutral" position and start the engine (if starting by hand, be careful not to hit back with the handle and injure people; if starting by hand pulling rope, do not wrap the rope around your hands). Check whether all instruments, transmission mechanisms, working devices, and braking mechanisms are normal, and only start working after confirming that they are correct.
9. After the engine is started, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to stand inside the bucket, on the boom, on the tracks, or on the shed.
